Terms And Conditions

Effective date: December 28, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HAROLinked.com (the “Website”) and any related services provided by HAROLinked (“Service”).

By using the Website or purchasing/using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Service.

1) Owner and Contact

This Website and Service are operated by HAROLinked (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Owner”). Check out more about us and how we help clients.

Contact email: hello@harolinked.com

2) Definitions

  • Client / You / User: Any person or business using the Website or Service.

  • Service: Digital PR and media outreach services, including pitching, journalist matching, follow-ups, reporting, and related consultation.

  • Deliverables: Agreed outputs such as outreach activity, pitching/reporting, and any content assets included in your package.

  • Third-Party Platforms: Platforms like HARO, Qwoted, Featured, email services, CRMs, newsroom tools, or any journalist/media websites we may interact with during outreach.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

4) Scope of the Service

HAROLinked provides digital PR and outreach services intended to help clients earn media opportunities through credible pitching and relationship-based outreach.

Important: No guaranteed placements

Media coverage depends on editorial decisions and journalists’ needs. We do not and cannot guarantee:

  • That you will be quoted/published,

  • That a link will be included,

  • The type of publication or timing,

  • The tone, edits, headline, or final placement format.

We will, however, deliver what we control: professional outreach work, clear reporting, and best-effort execution based on your chosen package/scope.

5) Client Responsibilities

To deliver the Service effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, credentials, and any required background details.

  • Respond to questions and approval requests in a timely manner (when approvals are part of the workflow).

  • Confirm you have the rights to share any text, images, logos, or claims you provide.

  • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unlawful claims (including inflated credentials, fake reviews, or unverified performance statements).

If delays occur due to missing input or approvals, timelines may shift accordingly.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website or Service. This includes:

  • Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.

  • Using the Website to distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.

  • Copying, scraping, or reselling our materials, processes, templates, or reporting formats without permission.

  • Using our brand in misleading ways (including impersonation, fake endorsements, or false claims of partnership).

We may suspend or refuse service if we believe your use creates legal, reputational, or ethical risk.

7) Third-Party Platforms and External Resources

The Service may involve interacting with Third-Party Platforms or external websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for:

  • Their availability or downtime,

  • Editorial policies and decisions,

  • Changes to their rules, features, or pricing,

  • Content published by third parties.

Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms. Here are more details on our privacy policy.

8) Fees, Payments, and Billing

If you purchase a paid Service:

  • Fees, scope, and timelines will be defined on the Website, invoice, proposal, checkout page, or written agreement.

  • Unless stated otherwise, payments are due in advance.

  • Late payments may pause work until the account is current.

Refunds

Because PR outreach is a time-based professional service, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. If you believe a billing issue occurred, contact us, and we will review it fairly, based on delivered work and the agreed scope.

9) Revisions and Scope Changes

Your package or agreement defines what is included. Requests outside scope (extra angles, additional brands, new spokesperson, additional markets, extra content assets, rush timelines) may require:

  • A revised timeline,

  • An added fee,

  • Or a new agreement.

10) Intellectual Property

Our materials

All templates, frameworks, reports, website content, and internal processes are owned by HAROLinked unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or publish them without written permission.

Your materials

You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use them only as needed to deliver the Service (for example, to draft pitches, create bios, or respond to journalist requests).

11) Confidentiality

We will treat non-public client information as confidential and use it only to provide the Service.
You agree to keep any non-public pricing, strategy notes, and internal documents we share confidential, unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.

12) Disclaimers

The Website and Service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee results such as rankings, revenue, investment outcomes, or specific media placements.

PR outcomes involve third-party editorial discretion and factors outside anyone’s control.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAROLinked will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim (unless applicable law requires otherwise).

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HAROLinked from claims arising out of:

  • Content or claims you provided,

  • Your misuse of the Website or Service,

  • Your violation of these Terms,

  • Infringement allegations are tied to your materials or instructions.

15) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or Service if:

  • You violate these Terms,

  • You engage in unlawful, harmful, or deceptive conduct,

  • Continued work creates legal or reputational risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Any fees already paid are handled according to the refund section and your agreement.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website or Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the United States, unless applicable law requires a different approach.
